Who is responsible

Lastlight Foundry is operated by Burak Kocak — CRYOSS. Contact cryoss@cryoss.com about privacy or support. Last updated: 28 October 2026.

Scope and current release

This notice covers the game and this website. The game is in development. Development builds use Google test ads; production advertising stays disabled until release checks are complete. In-app purchases are currently disabled. We update this notice when these practices change.

Progress stored on your device

The game stores progress, tower layouts, local results, tutorial and audio/language settings, decoration ownership, ad reward receipts and local ad pacing records on the device. It has no player account, developer cloud save, live multiplayer or remote gameplay analytics service. Apple device or computer backups may contain local files according to your settings. Local checksums detect damaged saves; they are not online identity verification.

Optional advertising and privacy choices

We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). The app refreshes consent information on launch and checks applicable privacy choices before requesting an ad. Declining personalization or choosing not to watch an ad does not mean that the consent SDK makes no network requests. Ads are requested after your explicit choice. Where required, the game offers an Ad privacy options entry in Settings. Choosing consent options never grants an in-game reward. You can continue the core game without watching ads.

Data Google may process

Depending on the SDK, device settings, region and choices, Google may process your IP address and approximate location, device or other identifiers, advertising interactions, usage and diagnostic/performance data for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. This version does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone. It does not present an Apple tracking-permission request. We do not sell your gameplay saves or send them to Google. The ad request includes a non-personal reward offer code; this release uses local reward verification, without a developer ad-verification server. See Google’s SDK data disclosure, data use on partner apps and Google’s privacy policy.

This website and support

This site uses locally hosted fonts and game images. It has no advertising tags, analytics, tracking pixels, sign-in or submission form. Our hosting provider receives network information such as IP address and request headers to serve pages; operational or security logs may be processed. If you email support, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send. Send only information needed to resolve the issue.

Purposes, retention and transfers

We use local data to operate the game and preserve your choices. Support correspondence is used to answer requests and resolve issues. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security/support, legal obligations or consent for relevant advertising purposes. We retain support information only as necessary for the request and applicable obligations. Google and hosting providers apply their own retention and may process data internationally; see their notices, including Google’s transfer frameworks.

Deleting data and exercising rights

Deleting the app removes its local app data from that installation; offloading the app may retain data. Existing device/computer/cloud backups and Google-held data are separate and need separate management. There is no developer player-account deletion portal. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support information. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability, withdrawing consent and complaining to a competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not change earlier lawful processing.

Children and updates

The game is a general-audience strategy game and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern, contact us. Do not send a child’s personal information unnecessarily. We will update this page before materially changing data use or enabling new account, analytics or purchase services.
